The “What...is” construction in current English is ugly. “What we are doing is, we are...” is an inelegant way of saying, “” “We are...” Or, “What this is is it's...” is a convoluted way of saying “This is...”. It gets worse when it's doubled up. “What we are promising is, we are promising that what will happen in 2025 is that...” Yes, it does get that bad. Just listen, and you'll hear it. And it will annoy you more than a yapping dog.
The cosmos, its creatures, and its natural cycles, are amazingly complex. Science is fairly certain that it all expanded and developed from a point of infinite density and infinitesimal volume, called a singularity. If that is true, the singularity itself either had a beginning or was eternal. I believe that only God is eternal, and the cosmos, whatever its original form, came into being by his word.
"The worlds were prepared by the word of God"
(Hebrews 11:3).
